The following fiscal note applies: Zero fiscal note, House Rules Committee, 3/17/95 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Vezey: Page 1, line 14, following "offices": Insert "under this agreement" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a potential conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Rokeberg was required to vote. Representative Toohey placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall HR 8 am pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: 1995-03-17 House Journal Page 0787 HR 8 HR 8 am Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 24 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 8 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Brice, Brown, Finkelstein, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hanley, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kott, Mackie, Martin, Masek, Mulder, Phillips, Porter, Robinson, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams Nays: Bunde, Davies, B.Davis, Kohring, Kubina, MacLean, Moses, Navarre Excused: Austerman, Barnes, G.Davis, Elton, Nicholia, Ogan, Parnell, Willis Williams changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, HR 8 am passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
